Evolution Fragrance House crafts bespoke fragrances, candles, and cosmetics for brands of all sizes. We offer zero development costs and low minimum order quantities, empowering brands to bring their unique visions to life affordably.

We are a UK-based company specializing in global fragrance and cosmetic development, with a strong focus on sustainability and compliance with IFRA guidelines. With years of expertise, we create unique, high-quality fragrances and cosmetics while ensuring ethical sourcing and eco-friendly production practices.
How The Process Works
We create your entirely bespoke fragrance with our fine fragrance perfumer in England.
We ask that you identify the fragrance families and styles you are drawn to, giving us a clear creative starting point. It is also helpful to consider your intended retail price so we can advise on suitable bottling and packaging solutions.
We charge £100 per bespoke fragrance creation ( starting with a minimum of 5 ), covering your initial fragrance oil sample for scent development.

Once the fragrance is confirmed, we provide blended finished-product samples free of charge at your chosen concentration (Parfum, Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette), allowing you to experience the product exactly as it will be sold.
Initial samples take approximately 4 weeks to create. Should the first submission require refinement, we will rework the fragrance at no additional cost until your scent is exactly as intended.
Once approved, we move into production, selecting the bottle, cap, atomiser and packaging components in line with your brand.
From concept to compliance to finished product, we ensure your fragrance is developed professionally, safely and ready for market.

Regulatory Requirements
Fragrance products are legally required to comply with cosmetic safety regulations before they can be sold.
This includes:
A CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report)
Product notification through the OPSS (Office for Product Safety & Standards) portal
These are not optional — they are mandatory legal requirements for retail sale.
We handle this process on your behalf to ensure your product is fully compliant, documented and authorised for market.
Compliance Costs:
CPSR Certification – £150 per fragrance
OPSS Notification – £100 per fragrance
